-Our mother passed away in 2025 in Mexico, Maine. We live in FL & I had the responsibility of the estate & selling the house.We contacted Hebert Realty because they had good reviews and were local. We were placed in the hands of Crystal Corcoran. I’m glad we were.Crystal was at the house taking pictures and looking things over very quickly. She gave us sound advice on asking price, put the house on the market, had a potential buyer within a very short time.
The financing fell thru on the first buyer. I thought we would be stuck with the house until spring as the Maine winter was coming on strong. Crystal came on strong, too! She stayed positive, focused, and had what turned out to be a successful buyer within another couple of weeks.Crystal was available via text or phone call at all times, often during the evening when I would have been satisfied with an answer the next day.
Crystal worked hard in getting the house sold;it was nice having someone so responsive when I was out of town.

Jack and Charlotte Davis of Hebert Realty Group were the best you could ask for from the first contact we had with them to the final days before our closing and beyond.
Being from out of state, they had set up many viewings for us over the two plus years until they located our dream spot.
During the inspection phase, they were our "eyes" and took special care to look out for our best interests. They worked with our bank and town officials to work out the final steps to the closing.
